Intensive Programs

Our 2–3 week Intensive Treatment Programs offer a powerful middle ground for individuals with OCD, phobias, or eating disorders who need more support than traditional weekly therapy, but prefer to avoid residential care or standardized group setting.

Designed for those with severe symptoms, limited progress in outpatient care, or a desire for rapid recovery, these fully individualized programs provide 2–3 hours of daily, one-on-one therapy tailored to your unique triggers, schedule, and life commitments. By concentrating care into a short timeframe, you can achieve meaningful symptom relief and lasting recovery while maintaining your family life, work, and outside activities.
