We have physical offices in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky and provide virtual services throughout the state of Kentucky and beyond.  Be Well Kentucky is a group of caring clinicians ready to help you using a combination of scientifically-proven treatment approaches, clinical expertise, and genuine concern for your well-being. While our therapists have a wide variety of specialties, we as a clinic specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Eating Disorders, and other Anxiety related disorders.

Our clinic specializes in therapy for anxiety, trauma, OCD, phobias, depression, eating disorders, and relational problems. We use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address problems, either in individual or group formats. We strive to use our knowledge and skills to join you in your journey to overcome barriers in life that cause dysfunction and distress. Throughout the process, we respect your priorities, cultural background, religious faith, and life goals.

Remote Treatment Methods

We offer both in person and virtual therapy services. Virtual services are offered over a HIPAA-compliant Zoom connection. Telehealth laws differ by jurisdiction. We are generally able to provide telehealth to those who live or reside in Kentucky. Several of our providers have a PSYPACT license that allows them to practice telehealth across more than 38 states.  The current list of participating states is found here.
