Leave a review

Reviews help people who are looking for care decide whether to reach out. If your experience with us is worth sharing, we would be glad to hear it, and so would the next person trying to work out where to start.

Reviewing us is entirely optional, and nothing about your care depends on it.

Which practice did you visit?

We operate under a few names, and each has its own listing. Choose whichever matches where you were seen. If you are not sure, any of them is fine.

Be Well Kentucky, Louisville
General mental health care at our Louisville office.

Be Well Kentucky, Lexington
Our Lexington office.

Louisville OCD Clinic
Specialty OCD care, including ERP and our OCD Intensives.

Louisville Center for Eating Disorders
Eating disorder treatment, including our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

Would you rather tell us privately?

Some things are easier to say directly, and some are not meant to be public at all. If you would prefer to send feedback straight to us, you can do that instead, or as well.

We read everything that comes through, and it goes to the practice rather than to a public page.

A note before you write

Anything you post on Google is public and stays that way. That includes anything you mention about your own diagnosis, your treatment, or your reasons for coming in.

Plenty of people are comfortable sharing that, and plenty are not. Either is fine. You can write a useful review without saying anything about your own health, and if you would rather keep that private, we would encourage it.

We will never post about your care, confirm that you are a patient, or respond publicly in a way that identifies you.

If something went wrong

If you had an experience you want addressed rather than published, contact us directly and it will reach the practice.

You can also report a patient safety concern to The Joint Commission, our accrediting body, independently of us. It is not a substitute for a public review, and it is not instead of one. Both are open to you.
