We offer educational sessions to community teams, organizations, hospitals, and schools. Our team enjoys sharing our passion with others and empowering our communities with knowledge and tools for prevention and early intervention.

Topics vary and include Red Flags of Eating Disorders (what to look for and how to intervene, Sports Nutrition, Perfectionism, Body Image, Parenting Tools, and other topics of interest!
