Treatment Services We Offer

Treatment Service Options Are Offered In The Following Areas:

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a trauma-related disorder caused by exposure to an event involving actual or threatened death, serious injury or sexual violence. These events may include—but are not limited to—acts of violence, combat situations, witnessing domestic violence, natural disasters, car accidents, or stress related to acts of racism.

OCD Treatment

OCD is a mental disorder that includes obsessions and/or compulsions. Most people experience both obsessions and compulsions. These obsessions and compulsions are very upsetting, and cause great distress and impairment.

ADHD Testing

Do you or your child struggle with concentration, constant fidgeting, organization, planning, and completing tasks? Struggling in these areas at school, home, and socially? If so, you might be wondering about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and what your next steps should be. We can help determine this diagnosis with assessments.

Chronic Panic Attacks

Anxiety is defined as the mental activity of worry about future events plus the resulting emotional and physical changes. Anxiety is normal. Without anxiety, we would have no warning or alarm system, and we would, as a result, be unprotected

Anxiety Disorders

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety-related disorders are the most common mental disorder affecting children and adults. Forty million American adults suffer from anxiety-related disorders, but only about one-third receive treatment, even though these disorders are highly treatable.

Depressive Disorders

Depression is often misunderstood, even though it is the second leading cause of disability worldwide. It is important to understand that depression is unlike temporary mood changes that many people experience, because it has long term impacts on a person’s well-being and day to day functioning.

Eating Disorders

The best treatment for an eating disorder is based on a team approach. In addition to our psychological services, we provide nutrition counseling. You will work with our experienced dietitians who specialize in nutrition for eating disorders.

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD) is a term to describe mental health concerns experienced during pregnancy, after having a new baby, adopting, or experiencing pregnancy/infant loss. Postpartum depression is often used interchangeably with PMAD.

Medication Services

We offer prescription services, including diagnostic assessments and medication evaluation and management for a variety of mental health conditions. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner can help!

Nutrition Support

Nutrition support can help a wide range of clients including those with medical complexities, food allergies or sensitivities, and those struggling to change disordered eating patterns. Learn to accept all foods, listen to your internal cues, eat the foods that you enjoy, accept your body’s needs and live life to the fullest.

Gender-Affirming Care

Research has shown that living authentically improves mental health outcomes for transgender and gender-nonconforming (TGNC) individuals. We see helping TGNC people live authentically as part of fulfilling the American Psychological Association’s mission to use psychological knowledge to improve people’s lives.

Group Therapy

We offer numerous groups for different issues. These groups change based on provider and patient requests, so contact us to find out what we are currently offering!
